I’ve completed my bachelor in 2012. I was working in PRATIKSHA HOSPITAL as a staff nurse for 1 year and 3 months and Master in 2016 under RGUHS from Padmashree institute of nursing and join the institute in 2018 till date. A seasoned professional with over 6 years 9 months of commendable success in curriculum development , teaching and training and development both in clinical area and teaching , managing areas of educational and clinical setting for diploma undergraduate and postgraduate students .Adept at handling the research work for the best evidence based practice in the field of Medical Surgical Nursing. Actively involved in supervising, managing operational planning and development, directing the day to day academic operation. Possesses strong training background including / online teaching and learning. Approved guide for G Programme under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka, India.
